Question 1

Is this allowed by Instagram?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Capsflowlab uses Meta's official Instagram API with Instagram Login. It sends a private reply, which Instagram allows once per comment within 7 days of the comment being posted. We do not scrape, use passwords, or send unsolicited bulk DMs.

Question 2

Which Instagram accounts can I connect?

Accepted Answer

Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator). Personal accounts cannot use the Instagram API. You can switch to a professional account for free in the Instagram app's settings.

Question 3

What permissions does Capsflowlab ask for?

Accepted Answer

Three: basic profile and media access (to list your posts), comment management (to receive comment notifications), and messaging (to send the private reply). We explain each one before you connect, and you can disconnect at any time.

Question 4

Can it DM everyone who comments?

Accepted Answer

Only people who comment on the posts or Reels you choose, and only once per comment. Instagram limits follow-up messages to cases where the person replies to you, within 24 hours.

Question 5

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in INR through Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). GST at 18% is added and shown on your invoice. Your plan only activates after Razorpay confirms the payment.

Question 6

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that you move to Free. If you have more active automations than Free allows, the extras are paused, never deleted.
