What you can configure
- One or many keywords per automation, including Hindi and Hinglish (for example “link”, “price”, “chahiye”).
- Whole-word, contains or exact matching, or “any comment” for giveaways.
- A specific Reel or post, or all posts, with per-post rules taking priority.
- An optional public reply under the comment, so others see that the DM was sent.
- Optional follow-gate, so only followers receive the link.

Rules Instagram applies
Instagram allows one private reply per comment, within 7 days of the comment. Capsflowlab enforces this, skips older comments, and logs every attempt with the result returned by the API. Duplicate webhooks never send duplicate DMs.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free costs ₹0 and includes one Instagram account with 3 active automations. Paid plans start at ₹299 per month plus 18% GST.
Will my account get banned?
Capsflowlab only uses the official Instagram API and the private reply endpoint Meta provides for this purpose, with per-account rate limits. It does not log in with your password or automate the app.
Which Instagram accounts can I connect?
Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator). Personal accounts cannot use the Instagram API. You can switch to a professional account for free in the Instagram app's settings.
