Yes. Capsflowlab uses Meta's official Instagram API with Instagram Login. It sends a private reply, which Instagram allows once per comment within 7 days of the comment being posted. We do not scrape, use passwords, or send unsolicited bulk DMs.

Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator). Personal accounts cannot use the Instagram API. You can switch to a professional account for free in the Instagram app's settings.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in INR through Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). GST at 18% is added and shown on your invoice. Your plan only activates after Razorpay confirms the payment.

Basic profile and media access (to list your posts), comment management (to receive comment notifications), and messaging (to send the private reply). We explain each one before you connect, and you can disconnect at any time.

Only people who comment on the posts or Reels you choose, and only once per comment. Instagram limits follow-up messages to cases where the person replies to you, within 24 hours.

Instagram only lets an app check whether someone follows you after that person has interacted with your DMs. The “Get link” tap gives that consent, so the check can run.

Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that you move to Free. If you have more active automations than Free allows, the extras are paused, never deleted.

Yes. Every successful payment has an invoice in Billing showing the base amount and GST separately.

Delete your account from Settings, or remove Capsflowlab from your Instagram apps; Meta then sends us a deletion request and you can check its status on the data deletion page.
