What auto DM cannot do
No compliant tool can cold-message people who have never interacted with you. Instagram only allows messages in response to an interaction, and further messages within 24 hours of the person’s last message. Capsflowlab follows these rules, which keeps your account safe.

Follow-ups and flows
On Creator and above you can add a follow-up inside the 24-hour window, build button flows (for example “See plans” → “Choose Pro” → link) and capture leads such as name, email or phone into your Leads list.
